The Team
G. Russell Weyer - President
Mr. Weyer's experience spans 30-years of real estate development from site acquisition, entitlement, financing, planning, developing and marketing. He was formerly with Westinghouse Communities, Inc. for 14 years and recently was a Senior Associate with Fishkind & Associates, Inc. for just under 10 years.
He has developed commercial centers and residential communities along with managing large amenity centers and community development and stewardship districts.
He is a full-mamber of the Urban Land Institue and the past chairman of the ULI Southwest Florida District Council.
